HCC Small Groups
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
Hebrews 10:24-25
Through the history of the church, small groups have played a vital role. From the time of Christ to today, the values expressed in Hebrews 10:24-25 of support and encouragement have changed countless lives and helped the church to grow and reach thousands while at the same time giving the closeness of a well knitted community.
At the center of why we do small groups is to see changed lives.
Since we were inherently made to need others to help us live the Christian life, belonging is essential to discipleship. Our small groups provide the opportunity to belong in meaningful, life giving relationships that challenge us to grow in our maturity in Christ and serve others in need.
Why We Are Here
To become a church where nobody stands alone. To see every person, from the core of our church to the ever-growing community, connected in a healthy small group.
