Family:
I was born and raised in Montana. I met my first husband in college and he went into the army soon after. We lived in Massachusetts and Arizona while he was in the service. He passed away in 2003. I met Roy through e-Harmony in 2004 in January and we were married on April 3 2004. We have a son and daughter, both married and between them we have 5 grandkids, from 2 to 9. I like to read, cook, garden and cross-stitch baby quilts.

Experience at HCC:
We joined HCC in April 2014. I have served as an usher, Children's Worship assistant, preparing and serving meals for Family Promise, and team leader for the celebration team. Since we retired last year, Roy and I also served as VBS teachers. I also served as Deacon at First Pres Arlington and taught Sunday School.

Diana Stonecipher

Family:
I grew up in Southern California. I moved to Texas to attend SMU. After graduation, I met my husband, David. We have been married for 32 years. We live in Coppell. We have 3 grown children, Drew (28), Ali (25) and Annalise (22). I am a CPA. I currently work at Land Care
Management Services as well as have several bookkeeping clients.
Experience at HCC:
Our family has been going to Hackberry Creek Church since around 1996. I started volunteering early in the nursery, the infant room and then moved on to the Children’s Worship Committee up through around 2008. I have also volunteered in many Vacation Bible Schools while my children were young. I am currently on the Finance Committee.

Family:
I was born on August 4, 1938, adopted by Eugene and Anna Moss, and raised in Grand Junction, Colorado. On June 7, 1957 I married Robert Gary Sullivan. Jesus was our Lord and Savior and head of our home. With both of us working and with the help of the Military Medical Program my husband became a Pediatrician in Fort Knox, Kentucky; El Paso, Texas; Augusta, Georgia; and Albuquerque, New Mexico. There were our homes until he completed payback. We settled in Albuquerque and Gary practiced there for 30 years. God gave me three children: Jess in New Mexico, Dan here, and Anne in Colorado. We also have four grandchildren. Gary died of cancer in 2003 and I remained in our home in Boulder City, Nevada until 2008 when I moved to Coppell, Texas.

Experience at HCC:

I am fairly new to HCC. I have served in the Christmas Angel Tree Project. I attend worship, Sunday School, and Women’s Tuesday Bible Studies. In many other churches over the years, I have taught Sunday School for children, Vacation Bible School, done door-to-door Evangelism, and called on the homebound and elderly. At my last church, I served at the Welcome Desk for several years. I have also maintained a women’s “Teacup Ministry” for many years. HCC has been very welcoming to me and my family. It is an honor to be considered for the position of Deacon.

Welcome home. We can't wait to see you!
