Psalms: Your Defense Against the Daily Grind The Psalms are poetry and song that both speak to us and speak for in worship and devotion. In this class, we will take a look at select Psalms, reading them from different translations, listening to them as they are interpreted in various types of music, and, most of all, exploring the lyrics to uncover the messages that can keep us centered and give us hope, no matter what the daily grind throws at us.
