VIRTUAL CHECK IN TUTORIAL
STEP 1: On your smartphone or tablet, open your web browser and go to www.hackberrycreekchurch.com. Scroll down to the "Check In" button and click on it.
STEP 2: Once the churchteams.com login page opens, enter the password. The password is: Checkin
note: the C is capitalized.
STEP 3: Select Family Check-In.
STEP 4: Select the event/meeting you are checking in for and ensure the correct date is entered. Select "No Label printing" if you are not printing a security label for childcare, or "Use a Printer Station" if you are (your security label will be printed at the Check In Station, by the Nursery).
STEP 5: Find your records by entering your name or number, or select Add New Family if registering for the first time.
STEP 6: Check the Classes/Meetings/Events being attended. If not found, select desired class/meeting/event under "Add to group." Once the boxes are checked, click on Print (even if not printing a security label).
